Welcome to ivie! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the ivie website, platform, and services (collectively, the “Services”). Please read these Terms carefully before using our Services. By accessing or using any part of the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. 1. Eligibility and Account Creation

• Upload or transmit any content that is defamatory, obscene, threatening, abusive, or hateful

We have no control over the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites. You acknowledge and agree that ivie shall not be responsible or liable for any damage or loss caused by your use of any third-party sites or services.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, in no event shall ivie be liable to you or any third party for any lost profits, lost data, costs of procurement of substitute products, or any indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Services, even if ivie has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

9. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless ivie from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Services.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Germany, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the courts located in Berlin, Germany for any actions related to these Terms or use of the Services.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice on our website or by other means. Your continued use of the Services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree to the new Terms, you must stop using the Services.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and ivie regarding the use of the Services. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall be enforced.
